      Pros

      The floor workers were friendly and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Management is questionable. It is not the same business as it used to be since purchased by the investment group. Expect to work a lot of hours. Treatment can be horrible at times. Most days it felt like they would prefer you to be a machine rather than a person.

      Great experience out of college; No toxicity amongst plant; Did provide a generous payment towards my last few years of college tuition while in a different role

      Cons

      Pay was low - offered a raise after putting in notice; Bonuses were nonexistent even as a long term employee - Bonuses aren’t guaranteed
