      An excellent workplace. Bonuses and raises every year. Food safety and personal safety are important. Low turnover and lots of chance to move to new departments.

      Pet food manufacturing smells must have a strong tolerance for strong or unpleasant odors.

      Pros

      Great experience out of college; No toxicity amongst plant; Did provide a generous payment towards my last few years of college tuition while in a different role

      Cons

      Pay was low - offered a raise after putting in notice; Bonuses were nonexistent even as a long term employee - Bonuses aren’t guaranteed
