      Pros

      Great group of coworkers and immediate supervisors

      Cons

      The higher ups spend money they wanted to. The work was done by worker bees. The only way to advance was to get in good with the higher ups. Jobs advertised needing higher education doesn’t apply. People with experience and college degrees are not recognized any different than people with nothing more than a high school education and no experience and they all get same rate of pay.

      Great experience out of college; No toxicity amongst plant; Did provide a generous payment towards my last few years of college tuition while in a different role

      Cons

      Pay was low - offered a raise after putting in notice; Bonuses were nonexistent even as a long term employee - Bonuses aren’t guaranteed
