      Safety and quality oriented. Quarterly bonus when production goals achieved.

      Cons

      Most of the Corporate management team has been changed out 2-3 times in the last few years. Production goals are not always based on demand.

      Great experience out of college; No toxicity amongst plant; Did provide a generous payment towards my last few years of college tuition while in a different role

      Cons

      Pay was low - offered a raise after putting in notice; Bonuses were nonexistent even as a long term employee - Bonuses aren’t guaranteed
