The whole company is severely under paid (except for upper management), the medical/dental/vision benefits are terrible, the vacation and sick time policy is even worse. There is no flexibility- if you are sick you're expected to be there. Sick kids? Not their problem, figure it out (however it's a bit of a hypocritical policy, as the owner is regularly out of the office to take care of his own kids). The owner will go out of his way to work you as hard and as much as he can for as little money as possible.
Office supplies that are necessary to do your job are not provided (this is true for the call center workers- they are expected to bring pens and paper from home).
The bottom line is that this is not a healthy company. Stay far, far away (and don't be fooled by the positive reviews- the owner routinely asks their employees to leave positive feedback when their reviews get too low).
