You work with some great guys, get to see a lot of different phases of construction from start to finish, also an awesome opportunity for those to learn how to be hands on and to problem solve.

Some days can be long, some days can be very hot as well, the general consensus with the entire staff is that we are done when the job is done, which can sometimes be a con.

-reasonable people to work for -always willing to swap shifts or work with your schedule -interesting to work with pools, spas, etc.

-dealing with entitled customers -sometimes you just don't have the answer to certain questions and you will have to face the repercussions. -you will smell like chlorine.
