      Sometimes they give you good site.

      They don't pay their employees on time. The can change your site on short notice or even put you on lay off for weeks without any wages.

      Pros

      No commute. The entire company works from home the majority of the time. Leadership is open to suggestions and making changes to help the company. Ability to attend all training courses offered.

      Cons

      Alpine Security is a growing company that mainly does project-based work. Sometimes the pace can be pretty demanding.
