Mostly just normal growing pains of a fast growing smaller company:
- Small operations & finance team
- Disparate technology (not ideally integrated, but leadership is actively working towards bettering this)
- Training for junior hires may vary from office to office
- Sink or swim mentality, YOU must own your motivation, work ethic, hours invested, and education. These things aren't going to be pushed on you, micro managed, or offered without prompting. If you are struggling, need feedback or guidance, or a kick in the butt - YOU need to demand the support. (However, depending on how you look at it, this can be a Pro or a Con).
