      Pros

      Incredibly rewarding since selling solutions to heal the planet, great work culture, management is always open to communication, the company is always looking to improve and grow.

      Cons

      No retirement plan but aside from that all is good.

      Thank you - and we will continue to work on making altE even better in the future! Just to clarify - altE has provided a SEP IRA plan since mid-2000's. However, starting in 2017 altE has upgraded its retirement plan offering to a 401k that more friendly for everyone to contribute to.
