      Pros

      Ability to work autonomously, not much supervision.

      Cons

      Low pay, very disorganized, 6 full-time staff in the office and you will almost never see the owner. We had to manage and run the business while the owner traveled the world - so there was not much direction.

      Employer has technical knowledge but nothing more.

      Employer mistreats employee Employer makes comments like "you should be lucky that you have direct access to me" and this is 10-15 employee company Employer underpays staff and no one wants to work to get the support from the office Doesn't pay 401(k) in timely manner and violates labor law Cover up work related accident/injury - workers comp fraud Doesn't provide proper sales commission statement - you don't know which jobs have been completed and paid and you have no access to file - very secretive Horrible communications with customers Toxic work environment
