Great work environment, team approach to gaining new customers. Being located in South Orange County doesn't hurt either! I would recommend Altec to any prospective employees.

The cons perhaps could be some things that are consistent with smaller businesses. The health benefits are pretty paltry and there is no management participation in 401K.

Overall good workplace with average benefits and good work life balance. Slowly catching up with the marketplace in terms of technology. Had its golden period where the competition was minimal. Now with lots of companies coming up with similar functionalities and products, its time to revamp things and adapt with faster pace.

Slow to make changes and adapt to the changes with fast paced marketplace.
