Pros
This company actually means it when they say "patient care comes first." We go above and beyond other companies and it's the most fulfilling role I've ever had. The job offers a nice balance of working from home and time spent in the field. Flexibility is great. You get to work independently but still have your team to lean on when you need them. I could go on and on. My coworkers are quite literally some of the most amazing people I've ever met- including my bosses. It's one of those places where you can say "it's like a family" and actually mean it. 10/10 recommend.
Cons
Some weeks can get overwhelming if several patients sign on at once but that's how the job goes. Busy one week and then it quiets down the following week. It balances out.
