Pros
Excellent small family business atmosphere. Incredibly knowledgeable management and sales staff. Great selection of hard to find merchandise in other retail stores. Customer support and care was unmatched by any other company I worked for.
Cons
Some of the merchandise we sold was outdated and a bit over-priced. Location of store was a bit difficult for some customers to find.
