      Pros

      You can make your own schedule as long as you are able to complete tasks in a decent amount of time. You participate in the development of assays and SOPs and are privy to cutting edge research. Great vacation time.

      Cons

      When it rains it pours as in too much work you may be working lots of weekends but when there are droughts it can be just as tough as there is nothing to do.

      It’s a good job I have a great team and even greater mentors

      Our hours being closely watched, some times we get so behind and we still have to cut our hours, that just makes us work harder
