Pros
They pay was market rate for the position, but nothing to write home about. They don't even pay you enough to meet the income requirements they have to live in their properties.
Cons
If you don't have sick time or vacation time and need off for an emergency, you get written up. You do the job of at least four people by yourself. They laid off 90% of essential personnel for COVID and never notified them that they weren't being brought back. You got a letter in the mail from the 401K company saying you'd been terminated and needed to make a decision about your account. They violate fair housing laws and federal laws. They require a photo copy of military ID's to get the rent discount - yet it is illegal to photo copy a military ID. Horrible management, horrible company. They have no values or morals.
