- "blaming" culture and doesnt feel like an inclusive team mentality while working - Majority of work is due diligence in Telcos and you get no say in what project you are put on despite what they say - no HR processes or visibility - one person for all of UK and that was never enough - Very little chance of success as an experienced hire in a culture that is driven by junior hires as analysts - non-existent female representation in manager and above ranks
