We're surprised we can't find a single benefit in your experience. It is indeed possible that a handful of consultants may have to work overtime during the course of their project to meet project requirements. However, all this is done in compliance with current regulations and with the employee's agreement. And it's not overtime everyday and night !! We wish you all the best for the future
