      Pros

      Hybrid working. Only pros to the company were the days you got to work from home.

      Cons

      Diabolical management. No one seems to know what they're doing. No communication between staff. CSA's and WRA's worked hard and were underpaid then got the boot to save the company money. All the hard workers made redundant to move company a small Indian call centre. Company can't be trusted.
