      The managers genuinely care about their employees. They provide incredible flexibility for work/life balance.

      Cons

      It’s mostly telecommuting, so if you value working in an office with people every day, this wouldn’t be a good place for you.

      Pros

      Altruic offers a ton of flexibility in terms of working remotely. It's great that we only work with nonprofits.

      Cons

      It's tough to say if this firm would be a good fit for someone right out of school. Everyone here has quite a bit of experience.
