      Pros

      Was a positive experience, and felt great being part of such an important cornerstone in the VR space.

      Cons

      After the Microsoft takeover things became more murky, and communication began to falter. A revolving door of managers. The support and production staff who kept the service running were often taken for granted. Poor resource allocation.
