Pros
It's been around 6 months that I joined Altudo. This company is full of supportive co-workers and has a friendly environment. I joined the team remotely during the pandemic. My onboarding was really smooth and accommodating. Despite the work from home culture, the process went easy and was simply done. They warmly welcomed me in the team. I was introduced with a buddy and mentor to guide me through all the processes. My one on one are being held regularly, which helps me in overcoming challenges if I face any. My manager and mentor helped me in deciding my learning plan for self-development. Infact all the team members are empathetic and hold compassion for each other. Every one grows together and stands strong as a team.
