Pros

Work from home is an option

Cons

They do not care about their employees so turnover is bad. They will use everything they can against you, be careful and thoroughly read everything you sign. Because they are always trying to actively beable to get whatever they can against you in the case you are costing them money. This means you insurance premiums they dropped me when I was hospitalized and needed serious medical attention. Used everything they could to fire me. I didn’t know any of this until the hospital told me I was being denied on all claims. I called and I got sorry we had to hire someone to replace you so your insurance was up 2 days ago.

Pros

You can work from home and it's a small business. Some higher-ups are friendly and helpful when you have questions. It feels amazing helping people and I feel like I'm making a difference.

Cons

The pay is inadequate for the amount of stress and work you need to do. Management will blame you for mistakes even though you have not been trained on it properly. It's uncomfortable be around management sometimes. Management goes on breaks during major holidays while operators are forced to work.
