Travel can be a lot

Great career opportunities with new owners, family atmosphere, safe and fun environment, stability for my family, supportive HR, good location

Some managers play favorites and try to get away with building an empire they can be king/queen of and like to tell you no just b/c they can (like needing time off for appointments) but upper management and HR are great and will help if you have issues with that/them. Insurance is getting expensive but I think we've just had it good for so long and now with new owners are having to pay what is considered normal.
