- Salary is really terrible especially for seniors - Company takes a really long time before promoting employees - Though you work for International clients, company pays employees in local currently and underpays. - There is no renumeration for overtime work. - Bonuses are paid every fourth month from the last bonus pay instead of monthly. - Very little leave days -Requires you to be in the office even though there is no reason to most of the time.
