      Work Life Balance is good if your manager is good, it all depends upon your manager some of the managers are very skilled and very friendly and very supportive, while others are exact opposite. Amenities are good.

      Cons

      Some of the Higher level managers are unskilled and they don't even fit to there respective roles. Salary can be better
