      Pros

      First of all, homebuilding is a challenging, dynamic, and fascinating industry that never gets boring. Having said that, Amarilo is a top employer that values its workers and respects all of its stakeholders.

      Cons

      The only downside I can think of is that homebuilding is exposed to virtually every macroeconomic variable: inflation, USD exchange rate, interest rates, etc.

      I worked for an amazing construction company, this company is always encouraging their employees to give the best of themselves, I learned and grow as professional and human being.

      Cons

      I think it would be nice to encourage the collaborative work between dependences in the company.
