As a Process Assistant, I learned a lot about leadership and how a fulfillment center really runs day to day. I enjoyed working closely with associates and helping the team hit goals. There were always opportunities to pick up new skills, take on responsibilities, and show what I could do. The benefits are good, and the fast pace made the job feel exciting.

Peak can be tough, and the schedule sometimes makes it hard to balance things outside of work. It can get stressful when volume is high.

You can enjoy the outdoors

Its literally slave work. Pay should be higher for the amount of stops. No life social balance.
