      Minimal room for career growth Little training for your role. Haphazard direction with frequent changes to procedures. Only overnight schedules available to new hires.

      Decent pay, good benefits, great opportunities for climbing up the ladder/other positions if you put in the work.

      advancement opportunities, not a lot of micro management,

      Cons

      no micro management, however this comes with ZERO guidance, its left on you to figure everything out within the confines of corporate policy. also HR is awful and literally zero help to you. they pretty much just middle man and are there for the company not for you. TONS of pressure in this role.
