Pros
Office is nice. Depending on your role and group, there is a good opportunity to learn a variety of skills particularly because if you don't do it, no one else will. Still a good amount of interesting and challenging work left to be done.
Cons
Lack of communication from senior management and within the team. Under appreciated; no one really knows how much work you put in. Top heavy organization which means a lot of work gets pushed down. Many of the smart people have been laid off
