The mission of the People to People foundation is commendable.
Cons
Excessive profit-taking by owners and the ugly business side of this publically-traded company impacts everything, resulting in low employee morale, and high turnover rates. Upper management rules by intimidation, and middle management is in a constant state of flux. Turnover rates are very high. Expressing one's opinion or perspective is not recommended.
