      Cons

      International travel programs for students, the largest revenue producer for the company, was closed down by the Board of Directors on July 13, 2015.

      Pros

      The mission of the People to People foundation is commendable.

      Cons

      Excessive profit-taking by owners and the ugly business side of this publically-traded company impacts everything, resulting in low employee morale, and high turnover rates. Upper management rules by intimidation, and middle management is in a constant state of flux. Turnover rates are very high. Expressing one's opinion or perspective is not recommended.
