The worst and most toxic work atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. Employees are treated like puppets, Employees are expected to cater to the unreasonable and erratic demands of the MD. Ridiculously long working hours from 9 AM to at least 10 PM, with no respect for personal time or well-being. Absolutely not a place for anyone looking for a healthy work environment or professional growth. New employees are often given offers, made to work for 20-30 days, and then suddenly terminated without pay if the MD dislikes even a single thing—a highly unprofessional and exploitative practice.
