      Pros

      - teammates - accepts freshers and aspiring career changers - standard 7-4 or 8-5. After 5, you no longer have to think about work.

      Cons

      - bad management - bad working environment (literally asked us to still work despite having numerous renovations inside the office with a lot of dust with no counter-measure) - HEAVY OFFICE POLITICS - Does not care about their employee unless you somewhat important to the team or is friends with the upper management - super low compensation

      Pros

      The founder Mihai Pohontu is a charismatic leader with a clear vision. The mgmt team are experienced gaming industry veterans and they form a highly performing executive group. Amber has locations in a number of exciting locations around the globe and is able to offer its global gaming clients a differentiated offering spanning full-game dev, co-dev, art, QA and localisation.

      Cons

      The gaming industry is going through a rough patch, but Amber is well placed to continue its outperformance and grow faster than the gaming sector.
