No employment stability. Contracts are for a year but prepare to be let go whenever; employee turnover is extremely high. The pay is quite low. Confusing onboarding, too many processes and platforms that make some tasks uselessly complex. Company culture is passive-aggressive and two-faced. Little to no diversity. There are over 10 interns doing the work of full-time employees for less than 1/3 of the minimum wage (in Amsterdam where the housing market and cost of living are absurdly high).
