Pros

None, IPSOFT truly are a horrible, dictatorship led company, the CEO is honestly mad and loves his own voice, he acts as sale, hr, cto, cfo, and even has to approve spend of £50 upwards

Cons

They misslead clients on company turnover and staff levels all the time when you join they promise shares within 12 months -fact- no intentions of providing employees with shares, commission plan- one of the worst in the industry, paid on gross 1st year revenue minus all staff/software/infrastructure cost (even ifmargin associated) - I now luckily work for a true MSP and they do not tell lies pay really well, and are not run be an habitual liar- there are a couple of good guys in the London office one or 2 that have been there for 4 or 5 years I think, the rest not so long- this place will not compete with true out- sourcers, and the technical staff are flogged to death work wise... They let anyone sell at this company and have no management rules in place, no marketing, no budgets for trade shows, and have had nearly 12 people come and go over a 3 year period, when the office at full compliment runs at about 10 people in the UK- how bad is that......... I could not work out how they have managed to sell the deals they have in the UK!!!! as any prospect can see they arent up to it......... Avoid at all costs or take a position whilst you find a decent company

Pros

They used to have monthly happy hours and events to keep people happy

Cons

Salary is low, expectations are high. Most engineering was moved off shore when the AI did not do well. Funding seemed to have been cut and events have been cut as well
