Would not recommend! - Customer Service Representative (CSR) American Auto Insurance Employee Review

I have been working at American Auto Insurance for over 10 years. I appreciate the positive work environment, that it is a family owned company, and that there has always been room for advancement/self improvement.

It is a fast paced environment, however that leaves us feeling accomplished at the end of the day.

It's a smaller business with a good opportunity to move up and a great group of co-workers. The agency is open Monday thru Saturday, days and evenings. So they offer great flexibility with shifts.

There have been no cons to working here.
