      Pros

      The owners are fair and patient. I wish I had more experience before I got there because they are really hands off. Overall managers are OK. I made more than one mistake but didn’t get fired or yelled at so I’m thankful for that. They are flexible with working from home and taking time off.

      Cons

      Hours can be long. Learning new systems challenging if that's not your thing. I’m happy I moved into a new industry. Luxury is too demanding so you really need to understand it and be ready for that.
