      worked hybrid 2 days in office 3 days at home

      Cons

      Short staff. If you speak bilingual you do 2x the work with no extra pay. The Spanish line was the busiest. I was organized but work kept pilling up. Couldn't catch a break.

      Company has great management, very competitive compensation. A lot of advancement opportunities, Company celebrates successes and promotes employee growth and development. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. Everyone at the Company is nice and works together. It's a fast-paced job so your days go quick. Help is always available. Training is detailed and trainers are very nice.
