Positive work environment, set expectations, no yelling, no negativity. This company cares about their team members and they show it all the time. Catering lunches, breakfasts, management dinners, and bi-annual company parties with fun prizes and games. We work hard as a team and we enjoy what we do: helping our community members save energy and money, and live more comfortably in their homes.

There are literally no pros to this company.

Conflict of interest within company guidelines and personal relationships. UNFAIR TREATMENT OF EMPLOYEES. They have ZERO customer satisfaction and they only care about the next buck that's coming in. This place is a literal joke with no professionalism whatsoever. The managers all talk about their employees in from of other employees. When someone new steps up there are no guidelines and they basically throw you to the wolves. When things go wrong at this company they like to take it out on their employees, instead of trying to find a real way to resolve the issue. I dont recommend anyone applying to this company. THE WORST FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR.
