American Laser Med Spa is an amazing place to work. Dr. Kanase truly cares about everything concerning his company. As an employee I am constantly blown away by the benefits that are offered to us. He goes beyond what an average boss should do. Not only does he make work an enjoyable experience but also supports your life outside of work. As a student, he consistently checks in on school as well as offers whatever help he can to make the burden less. Even though he lives a busy life, he is willing to sit down and answer any questions about his past experiences and take the time to talk to you. As a company, we are trained to obsess over the clients we service. Our goal is to help them feel better about themselves and increase their self confidence. Its a company devoted to others. I have enjoyed working for American Laser Med Spa and it has been a great experience.
Cons
Due to the clinics being far apart communication can get complicated company wide. We have weekly meetings with the entire company however to ensure that everyone's questions are answered and everyone stays on the same page.
