None. Management relies on a so called 25 year history, however some background investigation finds that they had multiple problems when they operated in Massachusetts and the have one mantra. We constantly lie to our proepctive clients, grossly overcharge them and badger them into believing that we offer first class expertise, which we do not provide.

RUN, RUN, RUN. This Comapny is George's pggybank. We grossly overcharge for the services that we provide. We grossly inflate our expertise and you can find our servoces from other companies that are better qualified to advise small business owners and do not badger their own clients. Employees are treated horribly and this is the definition of a boiler room. Have someone interested in dealing the the Company try to set up a meeting at their corporate office. The doors are locked during the day and you have to be buzzed in. Then everything is secretive and George Cloutier way overhypes himself and his services. Almost 100% of the time he touts his Harvard degrees, and expertise, but I could not find anywhere that he actually worked and he certainly is no expert. Their Prices are arbitrarily determined based on the size of the Company and how stupid they think the owner is. He relies on his so-called 3) years experience but will never provide you with a refernce to a former client. If you fall for this companies pitch you are a lowusy businessman and STUPID. RUN AWAy and save your money, this is basically a ponzi scheme designed to deliver inferior advice and an overinflatd price.
