Nice students, good local staff

Low salary which is an issue all over Cambodia

You get to leave at 4pm on Fridays. The lunch at the school was always great.

The Principle . The Senior Leadership Team as a whole seems to not know what they are doing. They are allowing the new Principle to stress and micromanage the teachers. They are allowing the parents to run all over them with demands and not supporting the teachers when needed. Not being managed like an IB school at all. The students don't have any choice in anything.
