Great people to work for

It's not bad at all

Was family owned. Everyone had your back. We would get together and talk at the farm. We would have lady's day where we would get with all CSRs and chat and be appreciated.

We got bought out. Everyone is out for themselves. Nothing is family anymore. They are all for advise on how we are doing and they still want it their way. It's so much stressful now. We are not heard just overlooked. Work load doesn't match pay.
