On job experience. You will learn a lot and you get what you put into it. I shared what I knew to help others grow In their career.
Cons
There were some gatekeepers. Meaning they would not share their knowledge to be the go to person. I felt that did not go with the company values however, I guess that’s why they are still there and I am not.
