Pros
The comradery among teammates is excellent and makes all the hard work worth it.
Cons
Being seasonal is not a livable income. Unfortunately the company will continue to see turnover, and have invest in training more new people from the ground up. It's an ineffective way to run the business, and it promotes people stealing, not working, and just coming and going as they please.
