Interesting products and a few good people

A Micromanaging menace, all talking behind backs, spying on peoples computers, little respect for employee inputs, no decision authority or delegation of authority by owner to very qualified people. Employees all want out. Benefits advertised are a lie.

Some nice people work there.

Company was in terrible financial shape, not paying the bills. Had to email every morning when you came in so the owner knew what time you arrived. Surprised they are still in business.
