1yI am truly sorry to read this and that you had a bad experience. I am a first-time business owner, and building a services business completely bootstrapped alone has not been easy. I have been the best leader I know how to be, and I've invested in resources and coaching to continually improve my leadership skills. I believe I was transparent, honest, and supportive with everyone who worked for me. I held people accountable, which meant I had to have difficult conversations or make difficult decisions at times. I think it's unfair to say our clients or any employees were treated poorly. Our client reviews on G2 are evidence of that. There is nothing more important to me than delivering the best possible experience to both my team and my clients. If I failed to do that for you - I truly apologize. It's taken me quite a while to respond to this because it was so hurtful. I only hired women to work for me, so to know that another woman would go out of their way to intentionally hurt my brand and reputation is hard to comprehend. I wish you the best in your career and hope you found something that was a better fit for you.
