      Below average compensation for lower level employees, moving up in the company depends on luck and not experience. Company is growing fast, but newer employees are also leaving quickly.

      Pros

      Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

      Cons

      Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

      There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
