      Pros

      Note that I worked there in 2000. A small company, centrally located in Milton Keynes. Being small you get to know everyone else there, and with a couple of exceptions everyone is nice to know. Good offices. Good equipment (for myself as a developer) Friendly place.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a "big company" experience with all the benefits (and disadvantages) that that brings, look elsewhere.
