      Pros

      Close-knit, family life atmosphere. Very team oriented. Everyone tries to help others out-from the warehouse to the office. We all want to make things go as smoothly as possible. Monthly Luncheons.

      Cons

      Calling in sick goes without compensation. Working late on New Years. Working late on month's end. Not many chances for over time.
